Our Managing Director’s passion for care stems from years supporting people and families. After her Nursing Degree, she began as a carer, later gaining a second degree in Health and Social Care Management. Her career spans care homes, community care, the NHS, and social care, including roles as Deputy Manager and CQC Registered Manager. She regularly visits clients, valuing every individual.

Klaudia has been with the company since 2025, and since then she has quickly become our champion in therapeutic-like care delivery; her tender care echoes across the region. She is currently championing in elderly care.

Mark has been in care for nearly a decade and has extensive experience in complex care for adults and supporting young people with learning disabilities. He has been helping support the team and our Service Users with liaison between other professionals and TP Care.

Perhaps our most experienced and warmest carer in the team. She comes from care home settings but now making miracles with our Service Users. Amazing at positive risk-taking and supporting our Service Users with things that no one else would notice due to her attention to detail.

Even though she just recently started with us, her two degrees, focusing on psychology and its different domains, help her a tremendous amount in connecting with both adults and children. She has proven her softness and caring personality by quickly becoming our children’s lead carer, making miracles happen when helping the younger end of society.

She is the most versatile carer the company has. She is the backbone of our care team as there is hardly any shift she would not cover. Her attitude to work and approach to helping has already gone a long way.

She was completely new to care in early 2026, but quickly she picked up the skills to act like a well-seasoned one. Her hospitality background didn’t evolve for no reason; her caring and attention to detail made her clients’ favorite carer in just a matter of weeks.

As a nurse her clinical knowledge has been supporting our clients and she has been able to carry out reviews, assessments and care delivery independently. She has been juggling multiple things at one and yet she still has time to cheer up on our Service Users. She has been our training manager to further aid our backbone team.

She has been in care since forever, and that always leaves a trail. She has been supporting people in different ways across the continent, and now the UK has the privilege of having her. She is an experienced nanny and supportive companion not just to the clients but to their families too.

She has graduated from the medical field in her home country and is now in the UK for a decade-plus of service in the care industry. She feels best when working face-to-face with clients, and that makes her the most experienced staff member for people with dementia.

He has been an ambulance driver who decided to support people in their homes instead of the siren and blue light rocking in the background. His knowledge about medications is on the level of a seasoned pharmacist and as a family man his loving nature makes him the clients favorite male carer.
