TP Care at Homes Ltd is recruiting dedicated Health Care Assistants to support a very active, sporty and motivated woman with a spinal injury in her own home in Blandford Forum. Requirements
Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and proof of right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is desirable (public transport is accessible for locally based applicants). Experience supporting people with spinal injury is an advantage; full training and shadow shifts are provided. Willingness to complete mandatory training including safeguarding, moving and handling, and medication awareness. Due to the personal nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only (a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Equality Act 2010).
