Modern Slavery & Ethical Employment Statement
Our commitment
TP Care at Homes Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our operations and relationships, and to having effective systems in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery or human trafficking taking place within our business or supply chain.
Ethical recruitment
All staff undergo right-to-work checks and an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check before starting work with us, and references are verified as part of our recruitment process.
Fair pay as standard
As an accredited Living Wage Employer, every member of our team — including any third-party staff working on our behalf — is paid at least the real Living Wage set by the Living Wage Foundation. We believe fair pay is one of the clearest, practical safeguards against exploitative working practices in the care sector.
Raising a concern
Any member of staff, client or family member who has a concern about working practices, recruitment, or the treatment of any worker connected to TP Care at Homes can raise it directly and confidentially with the Registered Manager, with the same commitment to acting on it that applies to any other safeguarding concern.
