Requirements
Previous experience in health or social care is essential, ideally at Senior Carer level or ready to take on greater responsibility. A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required, as the role involves travel across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP). Applicants must be available to work every second weekend and participate in on-call duties, be comfortable supporting both children and adults, have good spoken and written English, and be confident using electronic care records and basic office systems.
